The leaves of Hibiscus are grinded or crushed in order to get a liquid which is applied on hair. It is good for the growth of hair.

Hibiscus offers a good source of various nutrients including antioxidants like anthocyanins, flavonoids and phenolic acids as well as vitamins like vitamin C and minerals like calcium and iron. It can also provide dietary fibre.

The petals of Hibiscus are red in colour. Hibiscus is available in various colour varieties such as red, orange, pink, yellow, etc.
